About Osceola Oyster Company
Our Story
In 2012, we met as trip leaders for Florida State University's Outdoor program. Over ten years later, we have gotten married, started our second business, and hiked over half of the Appalachian Trail. Our shared love for wild spaces and protecting the environment inspired us to begin aquaculture farming.
Our Farm
Our farm is in Skipper Bay, located in Panacea, Florida. We use the Australian Longline method to grow our oysters from tiny seeds to market-ready size.
Our Goals
We want to provide the most delicious oysters to your family while doing our best to protect and preserve the unique coastal heritage of our home, Florida's "Forgotten Coast."
